Opening hours
Visitors whose presence at the embassy is necessary, are requested to make an appointment beforehand.
The Embassy can be reached by telephone from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 12am and from 1pm to 4pm and on Friday from 8am to 12am and from 1pm to 3pm on +66 2 108 1800.
Visa for Belgium:
From 1 July 2020 onwards the visa section of our embassy is gradually reopening its doors, but only for certain categories of visas. Need more information ? Please contact us at Bangkok.visa@diplobel.fed.be or contact us by phone at + 66 (0) 2 108 18 00 (from 1pm to 3pm). If your visa request falls into one of the categories, we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you to submit your visa request.
Consular services:
Appointments for consular matters can be made by selecting the date and time of the appointment on our electronic calendar (E-appointment) by selecting the subject and clicking here (link - use Google Chrome).
If you are having difficulty registering your appointment online, please send us an email to consular.bangkok@diplobel.fed.be indicating the reason for the appointment and the preferred dates / times.
