- Fluent in English and Thai; Dutch or French is an added-value
- Service–minded, polyvalent, eager to learn, flexible in the work
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Microsoft Office & Communication skills
- Temporary contract
- Resident in Thailand (no tourist visa) on start date
Job description:
As Polyvalent Visa & Consular Assistant, you will be working under the supervision of the Consul-General and the visa agent.
You will be performing all tasks related to visa services: provide administrative support, assess visa applications, conduct interviews, manage own and team’s caseloads, deal with a range of client’s questions and prepare correspondence to clients and to stakeholders.
As part of the consular section, additional tasks, like the participation in the consular duty call service, will be required from you on an ad hoc basis.
We offer:

- Monthly salary : 53.488,00 THB
- Contract from Mid-October or early November 2025 until the end of September 2026
