Honorary consul Thierry Dalimier is competent for consular assistance to Belgians in need, issuance of temporary passports, signature of life certificates and legalization of documents. For all other matters, please contact consular.bangkok@diplobel.fed.be. Honorary consuls are volunteers who exercise their mandate free of charge.

Opening hours
Opening hours: Every Tuesday at 9:00 am, on a first-come, first-served basis. The office will remain open until all visitors have been received.
Document Collection: All documents (mainly legalizations) will be available for collection the following Thursday at 9:00 am.
